About Hisham
Noor Hisham is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in change management, having held pivotal roles in both PETRONAS Group and MBf since 1985.
His career commenced at MBf as the Manager for Branches and Operations, and in 1993, he joined PETRONAS as the Manager of Group ICT Resource Management. There, he honed his expertise in change management, eventually leading the Change Program Management within the Corporate Planning and Development Division.
In 2009, as Manager in the Human Resource Management Division, he developed and implemented change management strategies. After departing from the corporate sector in 2015, Noor Hisham transitioned to freelance consulting, assisting various companies in facilitating change management initiatives.
He also served as an Affiliated Learning Facilitator at the PETRONAS Leadership Centre, training newly appointed managers to excel in leadership roles.
