Currently, Jasmiza is the lead adviser for several high-impact interventions in human capital development at various companies and organisations. She firmly believes that her vast expertise and experience provide what companies and organisations across a multitude of industries need to stay competitive and even to become market leaders.
Human capital development programmes which comprise Knowledge Management, Capability Building and Organisational Psychology-Mindset Change, among others, are the “soft” critical success factors for all leading organisations. Jasmiza leads, facilitates, manages and coaches others in their efforts towards achieving their goals and realising their vision. Her specific mastery of and superior dexterity in any human capital development related areas are a form of guarantee for the application of sound methodology and effectiveness of strategies. Apart from designing systems, she has also led the establishment of a management system by integrating international standards and best practices into local particularities, tailored according to an organisation’s needs, and aligned to its vision and missions. To date, she has delivered more than 160 sessions of training and consultation on Manpower Optimisation since 2013 to GLCs, MNCs and SMEs.
